Determination of Four Kinds of Benzoylurea Pesticide Residues in Strawberry by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 本文建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定除虫脲等4种苯甲酰脲类农药残留量的方法,以提高草莓中苯甲酰脲类农药的检测效率。结果发现,4种农药在0.05~2.00μg·mL^(-1)时,苯甲酰脲类农药浓度与峰面积有较好的线性关系,相关系数均高于0.999,方法检出限为0.01~0.02 mg·kg^(-1)。在0.01 mg·kg^(-1)、0.02 mg·kg^(-1)的加标水平下,4种苯甲酰脲类农药的加标回收率为85.2%~92.5%,标准偏差为2.2%~7.9%。 In order to improve the detection efficiency of benzoylurea pesticides in strawberry,a method was developed for the rapid determination of four kinds of benzoylurea pesticides residues including difenuron by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.It was found that the four pesticides were found to be at 0.05~2.00μg·mL^(-1),there is a good linear relationship between the concentration of benzoylurea pesticides and the peak area,with correlation coefficients higher than 0.999.The detection limit of the method is 0.01~0.02 mg·kg^(-1).At the spiked levels of 0.01 mg·kg^(-1) and 0.02 mg·kg^(-1),the spiked recoveries of the four benzoylurea pesticides ranged from 85.2%to 92.5%,with a standard deviation of 2.2%~7.9%.
