摘要
随着城镇化发展,智能建造技术的发展受到了越来越多的关注。传统建筑方法具有资源消耗大、环境污染严重等问题。为此,研究采用了将装配式施工与智能建造相结合的建造工艺。具体的思路为将构件精确对位技术、智能放样技术、钢筋同时自锁连接技术与装配式建造工艺的流程节点有机结合,以克服传统建筑业存在的问题。装配式施工因其施工步骤简单,施工质量与施工精度关联性高的特点,能够与智能建筑技术有机相结合,大幅提高了施工质量与施工速度。结果表明,智能施工技术的施工合格率能够达到94.07%。与国标(GB50204-2002)的混凝土建筑合格率90%相比,装配式智能施工技术极大地提升了施工质量。
With the development of urbanization,the development of intelligent construction technology has received more and more attention.However,traditional building methods have problems such as high resource consumption and serious environmental pollution.For this purpose,the study adopted a construction process that combines prefabricated construction with intelligent construction.The specific idea is to organically combine the precise alignment technology of components,intelligent lofting technology,simultaneous self-locking connection technology of steel bars with the process nodes of prefabricated construction technology to overcome the problems existing in the traditional construction industry.Due to its simple construction steps and high correlation between construction quality and accuracy,prefabricated construction can be organically combined with intelligent building technology,greatly improving construction quality and speed.The results show that the construction qualification rate of intelligent construction technology can reach 94.07%.Compared with the 90%qualification rate of concrete buildings in the national standard(GB50204-2002),prefabricated intelligent construction technology greatly improves the construction quality.
