数据的有效汇集、规范整理和安全利用是数字化建设的核心内容,也是开展“数字中国”建设的基础性工作。区块链凭借安全共享、全链路溯源与有效监管的技术优势深刻影响着当前社会的各行各业,以“区块链助力打造数字经济新基建”为核心的数字经济时代正在蓬勃发展,为数据流通、价值释放、安全保障提供坚实技术基础。本文结合济南“智慧住建”数据基础,分析了区块链技术、智能合约和隐私计算技术的特点,开展了上述技术在“智慧住建”大数据应用领域的研究。

The effective collection,standardized organization,and secure utilization of data are the core content of digital construction,and also the fundamental work for carrying out the construction of"Digital China".With the technical advantages of security sharing,full link traceability and effective supervision,blockchain has a profound impact on all walks of life in the current society.The digital economy era with the core of“blockchain helps build a digital economy New Infrastructure”is booming,providing a solid technical foundation for data circulation,value release and security assurance.This paper analyzes the characteristics of blockchain technology,smart contract and privacy computing technology based on the data foundation of"smart housing construction"in Jinan,and conducts research on the application of the above technologies in the"smart housing construction"big data field.
