重整“一拖三”增压机排气温度高的原因分析及对策

摘要 重整装置增压机排气温度是监控设备运行的重要指标,排气温度异常变化会导致机组联锁停机。介绍了浙江石油化工有限公司3.8 Mt/a连续重整装置增压机工艺流程。针对第3,4系列重整装置“一拖三”增压机高压缸排气温度高的问题,从压缩机入口温度、入口气体分子量、压缩比、机间密封等方面分析探究,对比第1,2系列重整装置,得出结论:机组入口温度和气体分子量是影响增压机排气温度的主要原因。提出了提高机组入口空冷冷却效率和降低气体分子量的方案,从根本上实现了“一拖三”大型增压机平稳有效、长周期运行的目标。 The exhaust temperature of the supercharger in the reforming unit is an important indicator for monitoring the operation of the equipment,and abnormal changes in exhaust temperature can cause interlocking shutdown of the unit.It introduces the process flow of the 3.8 MM TPY continuous reforming unit turbocharger in four series of Zhejiang Petroleum&Chemical Co.,Ltd..In response to the problem of high exhaust temperature in the high-pressure cylinder of the one driven three supercharger of the 3rd and 4th series of reforming units,analysis and exploration are conducted from the aspects of compressor inlet temperature,molecular weight of inlet gas,compression ratio,and inter machine sealing.By comparing the reforming units of the 1st and 2nd series,it is concluded that the inlet temperature of the unit and the molecular weight of gas are the main reasons affecting the exhaust temperature of the supercharger.A plan is proposed to improve the cooling efficiency of the inlet air cooler of the unit and reduce the gas molecular weight,fundamentally achieving the goal of stable,effective,and long-term operation of the one driven three large supercharger.
