BPA芳香酚醛树脂及其可逆热敏变色SSBR复合膜的制备

摘要 基于开放体系、溶液缩聚方法,以双酚A(BPA)、对苯二甲醛和间苯二甲醛为共聚单体,采用微波辅助制备数均分子量为1133、分散指数为1.005的BPA芳香酚醛树脂(IPD-BPA-TPD),以其作显色剂,溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)为基体材料制备了可逆热敏变色SSBR复合膜。结果表明:当结晶紫内酯、IPD-BPA-TPD、二元醇(十六醇和十八醇)与SSBR质量比为1.00∶2.00∶30.00∶20.00时,所制复合膜在10~33℃的总色差为85左右,吸收/散射色深差在波长480~600,600~660 nm可见光区平均达15,40,且具有良好的热稳定性、循环稳定性。 Bisphenol A,paraphthalaldehyde and isophthalaldehyde were used as comonomers via microwave to prepare BPA aromatic phenolic resin(IPD-BPA-TPD)with number average molecular weight of 1133 and dispersion index of 1.005 based on open system and solution polycondensation.The reversible thermochromic solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR)composite film was prepared with the resin as color developing agent and SSBR as matrix.The results indicate that when the mass ratio of crystal violet lactone,IPD-BPA-TPD,diol(cetyl alcohol and octadecanol)and SSBR is 1.00∶2.00∶30.00∶20.00,the total color difference of the composite film is about 85,its absorption/scattering color depth difference values are averagely 15 and 40 at visible light zone of 480-600 nm and 600-660 nm at 10-33℃respectively.The composite film performs excellently in thermal stability and cycling stability.
