摘要
在制备碳纤维(CF)复合材料时,通常对CF进行上浆处理来改善复合材料界面结合力弱的问题。使用纳米粒子对CF上浆剂进行改性,并使二者协同提高复合材料界面结合性能成为当今研究热点。为改善纳米粒子(如SiO2、氧化石墨烯、还原氧化石墨烯、碳纳米管)在改性CF上浆剂时存在的团聚问题,对纳米粒子采用物理间隔或化学接枝等方式进行预处理。指出了纳米粒子经物理间隔或化学接枝处理后在改性CF上浆剂时的局限性,并对环保型纳米粒子改性CF上浆剂的研究趋势进行展望。
In preparation of carbon fiber(CF)composites,CF is usually sizing to improve the weak interfacial bonding of composite materials.Nanoparticles are used to modify the CF sizing agent,and the two synergistically improve the interfacial bonding performance of composite materials,which has become a research hotspot today.In order to improve the agglomeration problem of nanoparticles(such as SiO_(2),graphene oxide,reduced graphene oxide,carbon nanotubes)when modifying CF sizing agent,the nanoparticles are pretreated by physical separation or chemical grafting.The limitation of nanoparticles in modifying CF sizing agent after physical separation or chemical grafting treatment was pointed out,and the research trend of environmentfriendly nanoparticle modified CF sizing agent was predicted.
