天津医科大学某医院独立建设的互联网医院线上病案预约复印,既能节约患者时间,避免异地患者往返奔波,又能缓解病案室窗口服务压力,减少人群聚集,降低疾病交叉感染风险。通过互联网医院、病案管理系统、HIS等院内系统及第三方物流信息系统的连接,优化线上办理流程,实现线上咨询、自主选择住院次数的功能,既减少了医患沟通成本又提高了病案人员工作效率。针对老年人使用不便利、信息安全及宣传渠道局限导致互联网医院使用率低等问题,应加大宣传力度,加强数据安全建设,不断提升病案管理水平,助力医院高质量发展。
