摘要
目的对某院心胸外科DRG相关指标进行分析,为医院和科室实施医疗服务绩效评价及精细化管理提供重要依据。方法收集某院2021年1月1日-2021年12月31日心胸外科住院患者住院病案首页信息,和四川省卫生健康数据分析与决策支持云平台上DRG绩效评价相关数据。入组2017例病例,按医疗组分析其医疗能力、服务效率、费用控制、质量安全4个维度指标。结果C医疗组医疗能力得分70,较其他组高;B医疗组服务效率得分8.23,费用控制得分4.03,较其他组高;A、B、E医疗组质量安全得分10,高于C、D组。各医疗组DRG总分值排名分别是C医疗组87.58分、D医疗组83.68分、B医疗组81.89分、A医疗组79.50分、E医疗组73.63分。结论基于DRG指标评价体系从多维度对各医疗组的医疗服务能力进行综合评价,在提升医疗质量、服务效率的同时,增加疑难病例的收治,有助于科室内部结构管理的优化,为医院绩效评价及精细化管理提供重要支持。
Objectives This study aims to analyze DRG-related indicators in the cardiothoracic surgery department of a hospital,so as to provide an important basis for hospitals and departments to implement medical service performance evaluation and refined management.Methods The front information of medical records of inpatients in cardiothoracic surgery in a hospital from January 1,2021 to December 31,2021 and data related to DRG performance evaluation on the Sichuan Health Data Analysis and Decision Support Cloud Platform were collected.The 2017 enrolled cases were analyzed according to medical groups in four dimensions:medical capacity,service efficiency,cost control,and quality and safety.Results After measuring each index,the medical capability score of medical group C was 70,which was higher than the other groups.The service efficiency score of medical group B was 8.23 and the cost control score was 4.03,which was higher than the other groups.The quality and safety score of medical groups A、B and E was 10,which was higher than that of groups C and D.The ranking of the total DRG scores of each medical group was 87.58 points for C medical group,83.68 points for D medical group,81.89 points for B medical group,79.50 points for A medical group,and 73.63 points for E medical group.Conclusions Based on the DRG index evaluation system,the medical service capability of each medical group in the department is comprehensively evaluated from multiple dimensions.While improving medical quality and service efficiency,the admission of difficult cases increases,which helps optimize the internal structure management of the department and provides important support for hospital performance evaluation and refinement management.
