摘要
目的基于互联网平台采用PBL教学模式对康复医学科实习学生进行临床教学,为进一步提升临床带教效果提供参考。方法选取某院康复医学科培训的康复医学学生60名,将2018年6月1日-2020年3月31日培训的30名学生设为对照组,实施传统的临床教学方法;将2020年6月1日-2022年3月31日培训的30名学生设为试验组,实施基于网络平台的PBL教学法,最后通过笔试、问卷调查等方法评价两组学生最终的教学效果。结果试验组的学生的笔试总成绩70.000±6.346分,优于对照组学生的63.467±7.371分(P<0.05)。试验组在理论知识掌握、文献查阅能力、综合分析能力、自主学习能力和临床思维能力的表现要优于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组自我评价更高(P<0.05),但两组在团队合作能力方面表现相当(P>0.05)。结论在康复医学科临床带教中应用基于互联网平台的PBL教学法,有助于提高整体带教成绩,提升带教满意度,值得推广应用。
Objectives This study aims to conduct clinical teaching of intern students in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine using PBL teaching mode based on the Internet platform,so as to further improve the clinical teaching effect.Methods A total of 60 rehabilitation medicine students trained in the department of rehabilitation medicine in a hospital were selected,30 of them trained from June 1,2018 to March 31,2020 were set as the control group to implement traditional clinical teaching methods,and 30 of them trained from June 1,2020 to March 31,2022 were set as the experimental group to implement PBL teaching method based on network platform.The final teaching effect of the two groups of students was evaluated by written test and questionnaire survey.Results The total written test score of the students in the experimental group was 70.000±6.346 points,which was better than the score of 63.467±7.371 points in the control group(P<0.05).The performance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in theoretical knowledge mastery,literature review ability,comprehensive analysis ability,independent learning ability,and clinical thinking ability(P<0.05).The self-evaluation of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).However,the performance of the two groups in terms of teamwork ability was comparable(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of PBL teaching method based on the Internet platform in clinical teaching of rehabilitation medicine is helpful to improve the overall performance of teaching and improve the satisfaction of teaching,which is worth promoting and applying.
