摘要
首次以FeCl_(3)、淀粉、柠檬酸为原料,采用直接水热法,一步合成了水溶性Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs,发现反应的pH对Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs的磁性影响较大,淀粉加入量对Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs的溶解性影响较大。实验结果表明,制备的Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs水溶液浓度较高时,磁铁可以直接吸引水溶液。包覆在外层的羧基,使得Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs可用于盐酸小檗碱的提取,提取率达55.4%。
Fe_(3)O_(4) NPs with good water solubility were synthesized by the direct hydrothermal method using FeCl 3,starch and citric acid for the first time.The reaction pH has a great impact on the magnetic property,and the amount of starch has influence on solubility of Fe_(3)O_(4) NPs.The results show that the aqueous solution of Fe_(3)O_(4) NPs can be directly adsorbed by magnets when the concentration is high.The carboxyl group coated in the outer layer makes Fe_(3)O_(4) NPs available for the extraction of berberine hydrochloride,with the extraction rate of 55.4%.
