基于就地保护原则的水下文化遗产信息资源整合体系研究

Research on the Integration System of Underwater Cultural Heritage Information Resources Based on the Principle of In-situ Conservation

就地保护原则是国际公认的水下文化遗产保护的重要原则,要求做到尽量保护原址并采取多种方式开发利用。在数字时代实现就地保护离不开信息资源的高效利用与开发。水下考古作为我国一门新兴的考古学分支,发展时间虽短但潜力巨大,相较传统田野考古对技术手段依赖程度高,信息密度大但集成度低,导致整体利用率不高,不利于水下文化遗产的长久保护与开发,而实现就地保护要求做好考古挖掘与保护开发的衔接配合,将各类信息资源进行有效整合。据此,本文试结合国内外实践经验,利用案例分析与对比法,构建就地保护原则下水下文化遗产信息资源的集成体系,充分发挥数据要素的高价值,以推动建成“海洋强国”“文化强国”。

In-situ conservation principle is internationally recognized as a very important principle of underwater cultural heritage protection,which requires the original site be protected as much as possible while being developed and utilized in various ways.In-situ conservation in the digital age cannot be separated from the efficient utilization and development of information resources.The underwater archaeology as a new branch of archaeology has not been developed for a long time,but has great potentials.Compared with traditional field archaeology,it is highly dependent on technology.It has high information density but low integration,which leads to the low overall utilization rate,not conducive to the long-term protection and development of underwater cultural heritage.In-situ protection requires the connection and cooperation between archaeological excavation and protection and development,effectively integrating all kinds of information resources.Accordingly,this paper tries to combine the practical experience at home and abroad,use the case analysis and comparison method to construct the integrated system of underwater cultural heritage information resources under the principle of in-situ protection,and give full play to the high value of data elements to build China into a powerful maritime country and powerful cultural country.
