高校档案远程利用服务系统的设计与实现

Design and Realization of the Remote Utilization Service System of University Archives

高校档案部门为用户提供远程利用服务顺应国家档案政策导向,是高校档案部门扎实开展“我为群众办实事”的重要举措。研制开发远程利用服务系统,实现人机对话,提升服务的智能化,提高服务质量是实现远程服务的有效途径。本文基于对系统的功能需求和性能需求的分析,采用J2EE技术架构,集成Spring Boot框架,设计开发一套面向高校所有档案需求用户,覆盖综合档案、教职工人事档案、学生档案各项服务业务的远程利用服务系统,为档案利用创造条件,满足利用者对档案信息需求的便捷化要求,为档案信息资源共享提供窗口。

Providing users with remote utilization service in compliance with national archives policy is an important measure for university archives departments to carry out the program of "I do practical things for the people".It is an effective way to develop remote utilization service system,realize man-machine dialogue,enhance the intelligence of service and improve the quality of service.Based on the analysis of the functional and performance requirements of the system,this paper adopts J2EE technology framework and integrates the Spring Boot framework to design and develop a remote utilization service system for all archives users in universities covering services of comprehensive archives,personnel archives of teachers and staff,and student archives in order to create conditions for the utilization of archives,meet the convenience requirements of users for archives information,and provide windows for sharing archives information resources.
