With the rapid development of social economy,digital transformation has become an inevitable trend of the times.The construction of smart archives in universities has also become a key link in the development of universities.This paper explores the concept,construction method,and practical experience of the construction of smart archives in universities,in order to provide reference for further promoting the construction of smart archives in universities.First of all,according to the current digital transformation,the construction concept and goal of smart archives are positioned and sorted out.Then the basic principles of smart archives construction are expounded and the effective modes for the construction of smart archives are explored.Finally,some effective experiences are summarized from the construction practice of smart archives in universities in hope of providing reference for the construction of smart archives.
