水资源论证是在对建设项目所在区域水资源状况及开发利用分析的基础上,分析论证建设项目取用水的合理性,项目取水方案的可行性、可靠性,以及项目取水、退水的影响,提出水资源保护措施、建设项目水资源论证结论和建议,最终达到建设项目水源工程安全运行和水资源高效利用的目的。文章只对某县水厂论证,按地表水水源,从水量、水质两方面分析论证已建水厂取水水源的可行性与可靠性。

Water resource assessment is based on the analysis of the water resource situation and development in the area where the construction project is located.It analyzes and demonstrates the rationality of water intake for the construction project,the feasibility and reliability of the water intake scheme,as well as the impact of water intake and discharge.It proposes water resource protection measures.conclusions,and recommendations for the water resource assessment of the construction project,ultimately achieving the goal of safe operation of the water source project and efficient utilization of water resources.The paper only demonstrates the water plant in a county.and analyzes and demonstrates the feasibility and reliability of the existing water intake source from the two aspects of water quantity and water quality,considering surface water as the water source.
