淅川县河道采砂对河道的影响分析

摘要 淅川县河道砂石资源较为丰富,建筑市场需求的砂石量较大,随着国民经济的快速发展,城乡基本建设的规模也随之不断扩大,河砂作为基本建设中重要的原材料,其需求量与日俱增。文章结合淅川县河道砂石资源的具体情况,通过分析采砂对河势稳定、防洪安全、通航安全、生态与环境等的影响,河道采砂应充分考虑防洪安全及沿河涉水工程和设施正常运用的要求,河流防洪、河道整治等专业规划相协调,注重生态环境保护。制定科学合理的采砂规划以规范约束当地的采砂行为,保障丹江、灌河、淇河等河道平顺、行洪安全。 Xichuan County has abundant river sand and stone resources,and the demand for sand and stone in the construction market is relatively large.With the rapid development of the national economy,the scale of urban and rural basic construction is also constantly expanding.As an important raw material in basic construction,the demand for river sand is increasing day by day.The article combines the specific situation of sand and stone resources in the rivers of Xichuan County,and analyzes the impact of sand mining on river stability.flood control safety,navigation safety,ecology and environment.River sand mining should fully consider the requirements of flood control safety and the normal operation of water related projects and facilities along the river.Professional planning such as river flood control and river regulation should be coordinated,and ecological environment protection should be emphasized.Develop a scientific and reasonable sand mining plan to regulate and constrain local sand mining behavior,ensuring the smoothness and flood safety of rivers such as Danjiang River,Guanhe River,and Qihe River.
