摘要
金沙溪地区是江西地区重要的粮食生产基地。为了保护金沙溪农田,减少洪水对农田工程的影响,提高粮食产量,避免洪涝灾害的发生,拟新建金沙溪农田保护左岸防洪堤把金沙溪下游河段形成一个独立、完整、封闭的防洪圈。金沙溪上游已建设七一水库工程,承担了重要的防洪调蓄功能。结合水库实际情况,在设计洪水参数确定时需充分考虑了七一水库工程的影响,将区间设计洪水与七一水库最大下泄流量直接叠加求得设计洪水,经过分析,下游断面洪峰流量在P=5%频率下为1 450.60 m^(3)/s。研究结果可为金沙溪农田保护工程实施提供参考。
Jinshaxi area is an important grain production base in Jiangxi province.In order to protect the farmland of jinshaxi,reduce the impact of flood on farmland engineering,increase grain yield,and avoid the occurrence of flood and waterlogging disasters,it is planned to construct a left bank flood protection embankment to form an independent,complete,and closed flood protection zone in the downstream section of the Jinsha River.The upper reaches of Jinshaxi River have constructed the Qiyi Reservoir project,which has taken on the important function of flood control and storage.In combination with the actual situation of the reservoir,the influence of the Qiyi Reservoir project should be fully considered when the design flood parameters are determined.The design flood is obtained by directly adding the interval design flood with the maximum discharge of the Qiyi Reservoir project.After analysis,the peak flow of the downstream section at a frequency of P=5%is determined to be 1,450.60 m^(3)/s.The results can provide reference for the implementation of farmland protection project in jinshaxi.
