以广东省梅州市蕉岭县黄竹坪灌区为例,对灌区渠系布置和渠系建筑物结构设计进行了讨论,设计环节需要确定好施工任务和施工规模,将各方面的影响因素考虑在内,设计完成后,对方案进行了全面评估。结果表明,该工程可以明显减轻洪水对下游保护区内工农业生产和人民生命财产的危害,对区域的社会经济发展起到了极其重要的作用,建议尽早实施。

Taking Huangzhoping Irrigation District of Jiaoling County,Meizhou City,Guangdong Province as an example,the canal system layout and structure design of canal system buildings in the irrigation district were discussed.The construction task and construction scale should be determined in the design link.The influencing factors of all aspects should be taken into account.After the completion of the design,a comprehensive evaluation of the scheme was carried out.The results showed that the project can obviously reduce the flood damage to the industrial and agricultural production and people's life and property in the downstream protection area.The project played an extremely important role in the social and economic development of the region.It is suggested to implement it as soon as possible.
