随着社会发展和水利事业的持续进步,目前水利工程建设引起社会广泛关注,项目建设质量直接影响民生服务和社会稳定。目前水利工程项目受到的投资力度越来越大,如何通过监督管理加强项目质量建设,确保水利工程项目按时竣工提高建设水平,是当前水利工程建设主要问题。文章主要分析水利工程项目质量监督管理主要工作内容,提出质量监督管理具体原则和优化措施,为相关工程项目建设提供参考借鉴。

With the continuous progress of social development and water conservancy,water conservancy project construction has attracted widespread concern in the society,and the quality of project construction has a direct impact on people's livelihood services and social stability.At present,water conservancy project are receiving more and more investment.How to strengthen the construction of project quality and ensure the timely completion of water conservancy project to improve the construction level through supervision and management is the main problem of water conservancy project construction.Based on this,the main contents of quality supervision and management of water conservancy project are analyzed in the paper.The specific principles and optimization measures of quality supervision and management are put forward to provide reference for the construction of related engineering projects.
