基于“三链协同两侧对接”的现代物流管理专业群建设与实践

The Construction and Practice of Modern Logistics Management Professional Groups Enabling by the Three-chain Coordination on both Sides of the Docking

随着行业、产业、区域经济的发展对人才的需求变化,专业群建设在高等职业教育高质量发展中发挥越来越大的作用。文章围绕产业链、专业链、创新链“三链”协同发展,专业人才供给和产业集群人才需求“两侧”对接的角度,从作者所在单位现代物流管理专业群建设实践出发,研究高职院校专业群高质量建设的实施路径、实施效果和预期规划。

As the demand for talents changes with the development of profession,industries and regional economy,the construction of professional groups plays an increasingly important role in the high-quality development of higher vocational education.Focusing on the coordinated development of the Three-chain of industrial chain,professional chain and innovation chain,standing on the perspective of the supply of professional talents and the Two Sides of the demand for industrial cluster talents,and starting from the construction practice of modern logistics management professional group in the author's unit,the implementation path,implementation effect and expected planning of the high-quality construction of professional group are studied in this paper.
