水联网及智慧水利背景下提升水资源效能研究

Research on Improving Water Resource Efficiency in the Context of Water Networking and Smart Water Conservancy

摘要 中国水资源匮乏,并且空间分布不均,已经成为制约中国社会经济高质量发展的重要因素。水联网和智慧水利的创新发展为中国水资源优化配置,提升效能,带来了契机。文章在基本概念界定的基础上重点探讨了水联网及智慧水利提升水资源效能关键技术,具体包括水资源预测云计算、水资源需求云服务、多水源供给智慧调度、水资源管理精准投递以及水效能评价过程控制。 The lack of water resources in China and the uneven distribution of space have become an important factor that restricts the high-quality development of social economy of China.The innovative development of water networking and smart water conservancy has brought opportunities for optimizing the allocation and improve the efficiency of water resources in China.Based on the definition of basic concepts,the key technologies of water networking and intelligent water conservancy to improve water resource efficiency,including water resource prediction cloud computing,water resource demand cloud service,intelligent scheduling of multi-water supply,accurate delivery of water resource management and water efficiency evaluation process control are focused on in this paper.
