基于Jena的装配尺寸链语义推理

摘要 知识推理是实现智能化公差设计的重要手段。现有的公差分析知识推理方法仍未实现对尺寸链相关概念的形式化表示,难以进行语义推理,因此,提出一种基于Jena的装配尺寸链推理方法。根据装配尺寸链相关特征的工程语义构建语义表示模型;扩展Jena基础规则语言使其满足语义表示的要求;对尺寸链相关概念进行表示,以实现尺寸链语义信息的自动推理。通过两项测试验证所提方法的有效性。 Knowledge reasoning is an important means to realize intelligent tolerance design.The existing tolerance analysis knowledge reasoning method has not realized the formal representation of the related concepts of the dimension chain,and it is difficult to carry out semantic reasoning.Therefore,this paper proposes a Jena-based assembly dimension chain reasoning method.A semantic representation model was constructed based on the engineering semantics of the assembly dimension chain related features.The Jena basic rule language was extended to meet the requirements of semantic representation.The dimension chain related concepts was expressed to realize automatic reasoning of the dimension chain semantic information.This paper verified the effectiveness of the proposed method through two tests.
