摘要
针对具有滞后、非线性和时变性等诸多综合复杂性的连续搅拌反应釜过程,设计一种经济性能优化算法。通过在经济优化问题的目标函数中引入动态指标,并选取经济指标和动态指标的加权系数,构成复合性能指标。对该复合性能指标进行优化,优选出系统控制输入量,对连续搅拌反应釜过程进行控制,可以取得良好的经济性能和动态控制效果。仿真比较了不同控制算法的性能,验证了所提算法的有效性。
The economic performance optimization algorithm is designed for the process of continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR)with hysteresis,nonlinear,time-varying and so on.By introducing the dynamic index into the objective function of the economic optimization problem,selecting the weighting coefficient of economic index and dynamic index,the composite performance index was formed.By optimizing the composite performance index,optimizing the system control input and controlling the process of CSTR,good economic performance and dynamic control effect could be achieved.The performance of different control algorithms was compared by simulation to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
