摘要
EAST(Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak)等离子体垂直位移快速控制系统在保障等离子体平稳运行、获得高性能等离子体方面起到重要的作用。目前EAST垂直位移控制算法集成在等离子体控制系统PCS(Plasma Control System)中,利用反射内存卡将控制命令传输到快控电源从而进行控制,这种方案具有较长的系统间通信延迟以及输出读写延迟。基于PCS中控制算法,设计一套独立的垂直位移控制算法,使得系统从PCS中剥离,减少系统通信延迟,并提出一种算法模拟方案,利用历史数据实现算法模拟。同时引入一种新型输出机箱替代原有的输出方式,通过光纤传输,缩短输出延迟,提高系统响应速度,满足控制需求。
The experimental advanced superconducting tokamak(EAST)plasma vertical displacement fast control system plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the plasma and obtaining high-performance plasma.At present,the EAST vertical displacement control algorithm is integrated in the plasma control system PCS,and the reflective memory card is used to transmit control commands to the fast control power supply for control.This solution has a long inter-system communication delay and output read/write delay.Based on the control algorithm in the PCS,a set of independent vertical displacement control algorithm was designed to separate the system from the PCS to reduce the communication delay of the system,and an algorithm simulation scheme was proposed to realize the algorithm simulation by using historical data.At the same time,a new type of output box was introduced to replace the original output mode,which reduced output delay through optical fiber transmission,improved system response speed,and meets control requirements.
