摘要
随着三孩政策的颁布与实施,推进早期家庭教育指导、建立普惠性且有质量的早期教育服务体系成为当前社会的强烈诉求和核心共识。在美国,儿童、家庭、学校与社区被视作一个整体,从联邦到各州均出台了一系列保障儿童及家庭的政策文件,并通过不同的项目得以广泛实施。剖析美国马萨诸塞州早期教育服务体系的核心内容和运作机制,可为我国早期教育服务体系的构建提供参考。
With the implementation of the threechildpolicy,promoting early family education guidance and establishing a comprehensive and high-quality early education service system are strong demands and core consensus in current society.In the United States,children,families,schools,and communities are considered as a whole,and a series of policy documents have been introduced from the federal to state to protect children and families,which have been widely implemented through different projects.Analyzing the core content and operational mechanism of the early education service system in Massachusetts,USA can provide reference value for the reform and development of China’s early education service system.
