摘要
铜的蓄积会导致调节性细胞死亡,这种死亡形式被称为铜死亡。铜死亡可能在多种癌症的发生、进展和预后中发挥作用,而铜死亡相关基因(cuproptosis-related genes,CRGs)也可能与肿瘤预后有关,并作为肿瘤临床特征和肿瘤微环境的有用预测因子。CRGs可以作为诊断或治疗这些疾病的潜在生物靶点。全文对CRGs及其与肿瘤临床特征及肿瘤微环境的相关研究进行了总结。
Copper accumulation leads to cell death,which known as cuproptosis.Cuproptosis is associated with the occurrence,progression and prognosis,indicating that cuproptosis-related genes(CRGs)may serve as markers for cancer diagnosis,predictors for patient prognosis,as well as potential biological targets for tumor treatment.This review summarizes the research progress on CRGs and their relationship with malignant tumors.
