数字乡村建设驱动农村产业振兴的内在机理及其实践路径

数字乡村建设带动农村产业振兴是全面推进乡村振兴的重要路径,也是激活农村社会内生动力的重要前提。本文以陕西省柞水县作为代表性个案,应用创新的SACP分析框架对其木耳产业振兴过程进行深入剖析,并进一步探讨数字乡村建设行动驱动农村产业振兴的内在机理及实践路径。数字乡村建设中的技术要素在同传统农村产业资源融合的过程中,不断赋能农村产业性状的空间拓展、产业行动者能动作用的发挥、产业行为数字化升级,最终推动产业绩效的提升。为进一步激发数字乡村建设驱动农村产业振兴的动力,释放数字技术的赋能作用,需提升农村数字基础设施建设水平、加大政策对农村产业发展的扶持力度;重视数字化专业人才的培养和吸纳;增强产业数字化建设中多主体协同。

The digital rural construction driving the revitalization of rural industries is an important path to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and also an important prerequisite for activating the endogenous power of rural society.This paper takes Zhashui County in Shaanxi Province as a representative case,and applies the innovative SACP analysis framework to deeply analyze the process of its fungus industry revitalization,and further discusses the internal mechanism and practical path of rural industry revitalization driven by digital rural construction action.In the process of integration with traditional rural industrial resources,the technological elements in the construction of digital countryside constantly enable the spatial expansion of rural industrial properties,the play of the dynamic role of industrial actors,and the digital upgrading of industrial behavior,and ultimately promote the improvement of industrial performance.To further stimulate the driving force of digital rural construction to drive rural industrial revitalization and unleash the empowering role of digital technology,it is necessary to improve the level of rural digital infrastructure construction and increase policy support for rural industrial development;Emphasize the cultivation and absorption of digital professionals;Enhancing Multi agent Collaboration in Industrial Digitalization Construction.
