摘要
为了实现流体流量的高精度测量以及流量数据的便捷式读取,设计了一款基于低功耗16位MSP430FR系列单片机的无磁流量表实验模块。该实验模块以MSP430FR系列单片机为主控制器,在该无磁流量表实验模块中设计的通信模块对流量数据进行远程读取,并用磁性传感器模块检测无磁流量表内的无磁环境。实验结果表明,所设计的无磁流量表实验模块实现了流体流量的高精度测量以及流量数据便携式读取的目标,且测量精度可达0.001 m^(3)。该设计的模块,也可应用于居民用水量监测以及其他流体的流量测量领域。
In order to realize the high precision measurement of fluid flow and the convenient reading of flow data,a non-magnetic flowmeter experimental module based on low power 16-bit microcontroller MSP430FR series chip is designed.MSP430FR series chip is used as the main controller in the designed non-magnetic flowmeter experiment module.In the non-magnetic flowmeter experiment module,a communication module is designed to carry out remote reading of flow data,and a magnetic sensor module is used to detect the non-magnetic environment in the non-magnetic flowmeter.The experimental results show that the designed non-magnetic flowmeter experiment module can achieve the goal of high precision measurement of fluid flow and portable reading of flow data,and the measurement accuracy can reach 0.001 m^(3).The designed module may be applied to the monitoring of residential water consumption and other fluid flow measurement fields.
