Exploration on Engineering Teaching of Machine Learning

结合高校工程训练课程对机器学习实践的教学情况和企业实施机器学习项目的流程,用贴合学生知识背景的实际案例设计项目式教学流程,引导学生认识应用机器学习解决实际问题的过程,并通过实践数据整理和特征工程两个环节,使学生积累了机器学习项目的实际经验,取得了较好的教学效果。

When enterprises apply machine learning to solve problems,they do not only rely on algorithms,but also data and features.Combined with the teaching situation of machine learning practice in engineering training courses in universities and the process of implementing machine learning projects in enterprises,this paper designs project-based teaching process with practical cases that fits the students’knowledge background,guides the students to understand the process of applying machine learning to actual production,and practices data processing and feature engineering in detail,so as to accumulate practical experience of machine learning projects for students and achieve good teaching results.
