基于“竞教融合”的外贸外语双创实践教育机制探究

Exploration of Practical Education Mechanism Based on Integration of Disciplinary Competitions and Project Teaching for Entrepreneurial and Innovative Talents of Foreign Languages and Trade

双创型外贸外语人才培养中实践教育缺乏、双创教育精英化、双创教育等同创业教育以及双创教育与专业教育脱节,难以满足时代的发展对外贸外语人才的要求。为改变这一现象,积极探索基于“竞教融合”的外贸外语双创实践教育机制,围绕赛事所需的外语外贸职业技能,结合专业特点,对外贸外语4门专业课进行基于学科比赛的项目式教学改革,实现学科竞赛、项目式教学、双创教育三者相互促进。实践表明,该机制有利于促进双创型外贸外语专业人才培养质量的提升,可为外贸外语类专业建设提供参考。

In entrepreneurial and innovative education for talents of foreign languages and trades,there exist problems of lacking practical education,elitism and entrepreneurial and innovative education being separated from disciplinary education,which can not meet the needs of development of present age.To solve these problems,the practical education mechanism for entrepreneurial and innovative talents of foreign languages and trade under project teaching based on disciplinary competitions such as International Trade Competition has been actively explored.Centering on skills needed in the competition and features of foreign language and trades majors,competition-based project teaching reform has been carried out in four courses so as to achieve mutual promotion of disciplinary competition,project teaching and entrepreneurial and innovative education.The practice shows that the mechanism greatly enhances the quality of entrepreneurial and innovative education for talents of foreign languages and trades,which can provide a reference for the construction of foreign trade and languages majors.
