劳创融合理念下大学生创新创业实验室建设与探索

Construction and Exploration of University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Laboratory under the Concept of Integration of Labor and Innovation

为提升大学生的劳动创造与创新创业能力,培养新时期劳动教育倡导的大学生创新、创造、创意精神,综合运用校内外创新创业资源,提出构建体现“劳创融和”理念的大学生创新创业实验室育人平台。结合当前国家对于创新型技能人才的需求,顺应知识变革诉求、秉持“劳创融合”理念和坚持教育资源协同战略,对实验课程、实验平台、校企合作、师资队伍等资源进行统筹协调,构建集优质课程-竞赛-素质拓展-成果转化等为内容的“创新创业教育+劳动教育”创新创业实验室人才培养体系,推动创新创业教育和劳动教育双向贯通,促进高等教育内涵式发展,培养创新型技能人才。

In order to improve the ability of labor creation,innovation and entrepreneurship of college students,cultivate the spirit of innovation,creation and creativity advocated by labor education in the new era,based on the comprehensive use of innovation and entrepreneurship resources inside and outside the university,this paper proposes to construct an education platform for college students’innovation and entrepreneurship laboratory which embodies the concept of“integration of labor”.Laboratory construction is combined with the current national demand for innovative talents,and it should conform to the demands of knowledge reform,uphold the concept of“integration of labor and innovation”and adhere to the strategy of educational resources coordination,overall planning and coordination of experimental courses,experimental platforms,school-enterprise cooperation,teaching staff and other resources to construct a talent training system for innovation and entrepreneurship laboratory.It should include“innovation and entrepreneurship education+labor education”,and be composed of high-quality courses,competition,quality expansion and achievement transformation.We can promote a two-way link between education on innovation and entrepreneurship and education on labor,promote the development of higher education,and train more people with innovative skills.
