高校通宵实验安全管理探究

Exploration on Safety Management of Overnight Experiments in Universities

通宵实验已经成为高校实验室安全管理的重点和难点问题。分析了通宵实验的危险性,在日常管理中推行实验申请、双人在岗、固定设施、全程监控和夜间巡查等制度,探索通宵实验的有效管理方案,确保实验室人、物以及环境处于安全状态。通过规范化管理,显著提升了通宵实验人员的安全素养,有效降低通宵实验的整体安全风险,且已取得积极成效。同时,从制度执行、人员培训、替代实验、信息技术支持和应急救援联动等方面进行展望,为进一步做好高校通宵实验的安全管理提出改进方向。

The overnight experiment becomes the key and difficult problem of laboratory safety management in universities.The dangers of overnight experiments are analyzed in this paper.A management system of experiment application,double on-duty,fixed facilities,whole process monitoring and night patrol is implemented.The effective management scheme of overnight experiments is explored,which is helpful to ensure the safety of laboratory people,objects and environment during overnight experiment.Through standardized management,the safety literacy of overnight experimenters is significantly improved,and the overall safety risk of overnight experiment is effectively reduced,and good results are achieved.At the same time,the improvement direction is prospected and put forward for the safety management of overnight experiment from the perspectives of system implementation,personnel training,alternative experiment,information technology support and emergency rescue linkage.
