儿童医院5G应用场景及技术优化研究

Research on 5G application scenario and technology optimization in Children's Hospital

摘要 为加快推进5G在医院信息化建设中的应用,助力医疗效率提升,结合5G技术及儿童专科医院医疗服务特点,分析了5G在儿童医院中的三大应用场景,并总结各场景对5G网络带宽、时延指标的不同需求。针对儿童医院高容量场景下的5G室分技术优化方案进行了探索,并在某儿童医院中创新应用5G室内分布式Massive MIMO技术进行了性能优化。测试结果显示,应用优化方案后,多用户小区上下行吞吐率分别达到原方案的3.4倍和4.9倍,验证了该优化方案能够有效提升系统容量、频谱效率和用户体验,具有一定实用价值。 In order to accelerate the application of 5G in hospital informatization construction and help improve medical efficiency,three application scenarios of 5G in children's hospitals were analyzed based on 5G technology and medical service characteristics of children's specialized hospitals,and different requirements of each scenario for 5G network bandwidth and delay indexes were summarized.The optimization scheme of 5G room technology in children's hospital under high capacity scenario was explored,and the innovative application of 5G indoor distributed Massive MIMO technology was carried out in a children's hospital for performance optimization.The test results showed that after applying the optimization scheme,the upstream and downstream throughput of the multi-user cell reaches 3.4 times and 4.9 times of the original scheme,respectively,which verifies that the optimization scheme can effectively improve the system capacity,spectrum efficiency and user experience,and has certain practical value.
