构建能源运输“共赢链”

摘要 当前,全球能源运输结构发生深刻变革,产业链合作深入发展,数字化、智能化、绿色化进程不断加快,新技术、新业态、新模式层出不穷。如何抢抓机遇,更好地把握时代之变、行业之势、发展之迹、创新之道,保障能源运输产业链供应链安全、稳定、高效、韧性,成为各利益相关方之关切。近日,“2023中远海运能源合作伙伴大会”在上海举行,来自全球能源产业链上下游的石油石化企业、贸易商、炼厂、航运公司、主管部门、科研院所、船级社、船厂、码头、银行、保险、经纪、设备供应商等相关合作方代表汇聚一堂,围绕“新变局下能源运输产业链供应链合作与共赢”主题,分享智慧,凝聚共识,共促全球能源运输产业链供应链发展新格局。会议期间,还同步举行了第5届上海国际LNG海运论坛和油轮沙龙,探讨合作共赢新价值,共同构筑安全稳定、畅通高效、开放包容、互利共赢的全球能源运输新生态。本期话题以航运圆桌形式就当下全球能源运输产业链供应链的热点话题,以及各方携手打造“共赢链”,与业界一起“碰撞”智慧,分享观点。 At present,the global energy transportation structure is undergoing profound changes.Industrial chain cooperation is deepening,digital,intelligent,green process is accelerating,and new technologies,new business forms and new models are emerging one after another.How to seize opportunities,better grasp the changes of the times,the trend of the industry,the track of development,and the way of innovation,and ensure the safety,stability,efficiency,and resilience of the energy transportation industr y chain and supply chain have become the concerns of all stakeholders.Recently,"Annual Partenr Meeting of COSCO SHIPPING Energy"was held in Shanghai.Representatives from the global energy industry chain upstream and downstream,oil and petrochemical enterprises,traders,refineries,shipping companies,competent authorities,research institutes,classification societies,shipyards,terminals,banks,insurance,brokers,equipment suppliers and other relevant partners gathered together.Centering on the theme of"Win-win Cooperation in the Energy Transportation Industry Chain in an Ever-changing Era",the attendees share wisdom,build consensus,and jointly promote the new development pattern of global energy transportation industry chain and supply chain.During the conference,the 5th Shanghai International LNG Shipping Forum and Tanker Salon were also held simultaneously to explore the new value of win-win cooperation and jointly build a safe,stable,smooth and efficient,open and inclusive,mutually beneficial and win-win new ecology of global energy transportation.This Topic will share wisdom and views in the form of shipping round table on the current hot topics of the global energy transportation industry chain supply chain,as well as all parties to work together to create a"win-win chain".Q1:The current energy transformation is profoundly reshaping and changing the business environment and underlying operating logic of the energy industry chain and supply chain.Especially in the context of the profound restructuring of the international political and economic structure,the path and time of energy transformation are facing great uncertainties.What opportunities and challenges are there in the transport industry chain under the new changes?Q2:Energy supply chain security is a common goal pursued by the industry.How to define energy supply chain security?Where is the biggest risk point of energy supply chain security?How to ensure the security of the energy supply chain and jointly build a community of shared future?Q3:As the current hot carbon reduction path choice,natural gas has undoubtedly become a hot topic in the energy field.In the face of the global LNG market supply and demand to break the cycle law,what are the research and suggestions of all parties in the supply chain on the development trend of relevant markets?Q4:The choice of the next generation ship fuel is a must for the shipping industry facing the energy transformation.Under the leadership of international organizations such as the International Maritime Organization,carbon emission reduction in international shipping has entered a fast track.Although the path of development is still not fully clear,all parties in the shipping industry chain,including tanker companies,are actively exploring it.What is the development trend of marine fuel?How to choose the time path?How to make the best choices in addressing the challenges of climate change?
