速溶高黏改性剂制备高黏沥青的性能评价

摘要 针对国内现有高黏沥青生产效率低,在生产制备过程中,需要循环过磨剪切数次(SBS改性沥青生产仅需一次过磨即可)等问题,自主研发一种新型速溶高黏沥青,改性剂在180~185℃温度下,只需要搅拌就可以溶化。并对速溶高黏沥青的路用性能和流变性能展开试验研究,沥青性能试验表明,速溶高黏沥青具有较高的软化点和黏度并且不影响施工和易性,与SBS改性沥青相比,具有良好的高低温流变性能和抗疲劳性能。设计SMA-13沥青混合料并进行混合料试验研究,结果表明速溶高黏沥青混合料路用性能优异。 In view of the low production efficiency of existing high-viscosity asphalt in China,in the process of production and preparation,it is necessary to cycle over-grinding and shearing several times(SBS modified asphalt production only needs one over-grinding).A new type of instant high-viscosity asphalt was developed independently.The modifier can be dissolved only by stirring at 180 C~185 C.The road performance and rheological properties of instant high viscosity asphalt were studied.The asphalt performance test showed that instant high viscosity asphalt had higher softening point and viscosity and did not affect the construction workability.Compared with SBS modifed asphalt,it had good high and low temperature rheologi-cal properties and fatigue resistance.The SMA-13 asphalt mixture was designed and tested.The results show that the instant high viscosity asphalt mixture has excellent road performance.
