摘要
以油浆渣油、90号道路沥青、糠醛抽出油为原料,采用适当比例进行调合,对调合后的样品进行氧化试验。研究结果表明,在温度240℃、风量3 L/(min·kg)、氧化时间8 h的条件下,沥青的针入度、软化点、25℃延度等各项指标均满足GB/T 494—2010建筑石油沥青中10号建筑沥青标准要求,同时也满足防水企业的基本需求,为油浆渣油的有效利用提供了新的途径。
Using oil slurry residue,No.90 road asphalt and furfural extract oil as raw materials,appro-priate proportions were used for blending,and oxidation tests were conducted on the blended samples.The re-sults showed that under the conditions of temperature 240℃,airvolume3L/(min·kg),and oxidation time 8 hours,the indexes of penetration,softening point and 25℃ductility all meetthestandardrequirments of GB/T 494-2010 No.10 building petroleum asphalt,and also meet the basic needs of waterproofing enter-prises for building asphalt No.10,providing a new way for the effective utilization of oil slurry residue.
