摘要
为更好地解决粉土工程性质不良、难以稳定的技术难题,提高粉土在道路建设中的资源利用率,对乳化沥青及其综合稳定粉土的技术性能开展了室内研究,并结合简易铺筑路面实践、考察和验证了其技术可靠性。研究认为,利用乳化沥青稳定粉土是有效的,其沥青蔓延有利于粉土固结,较高的压实度和较长的热处理时长会带来更好的土体稳定性和固结能力;沥青稳定土的热处理增加土体中的沥青分布程度,直接改变了土体的力学特征,提高了土体承载力和耐开裂能力。同时,沥青稳定土具有自愈特性,当沥青稳定土体破坏之后,如遇高温天气或者其它适当的热处理过程,可以进行较大程度的自愈,保留较高的强度,但沥青稳定土不适合较深的路面结构中。工程实践表明,乳化沥青及其综合稳定土具有显著的路用优势,在农村简易铺装路面上有良好的耐久性和适应性。
In order to better solve the technical problems of poor engineering properties and difficulty in stabilizing silt,and improve the resource utilization rate of silt in road construction,this article conducted in-door research on the technical performance of emulsified asphalt and its comprehensive stable silt,and com-bined with the practice of simple pavement,inspected and verified its technical reliability.Research suggests that using emulsified asphalt to stabilize silt is effective,and its asphalt spread is beneficial for silt consolida-tion.Higher compaction and longer heat treatment time will bring better soil stability and consolidation capaci-ty;The heat treatment of asphalt stabilized soil increases the distribution of asphalt in the soil,directly chan-ging the mechanical characteristics of the soil,improving its bearing capacity and cracking resistance.Mean-while,asphalt stabilized soil has self-healing properties.When the asphalt stabilized soil is damaged,it can undergo significant self-healing in high temperature weather or other appropriate heat treatment processes,re-taining high strength.However,asphalt stabilized soil is not suitable for deeper pavement structures.Engi-neering practice has shown that emulsified asphalt and its comprehensive stabilized soil have significant advan-tages in road use,and have good durability and adaptability on simple rural pavement.
