摘要
高质量的教师培训是教师高质量发展的动力之一。当前,全球教学问题在新冠疫情的叠加效应下更为严峻。为此,联合国教科文组织雅达加办事处颁布《从教师政策到优质教师:培训手册》,着手构建高质量教师培训的新图景。该手册以教学学术作为基础,以教师“角色”的形式呈现,建构了课程的设计者、学习的设计者、资源开发者、学习“诊断者”、反思实践者、政策驱动者六个高质量培训模块。该手册为教师培训提供了教师专业画像构建,理论与实践融合以及数字素养的发展三个方面的借鉴意义。
High-quality teacher training is one of the driving forces behind teachers’high-quality development.Currently,problems in teaching and learning worldwide have worsened under the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.To address these issues,UNESCO Jakarta Office has issued the handbook From Teacher Policies to Quality Teaching:A Training Manual,which aims to construct a new landscape for high-quality teacher training.Based on teaching and learning scholarship,the manual presents the teachers’“role shift”and constructs six high-quality training modules:Curriculum Developers,Learning Designers,Resource Developers,Learning Doctors,Policy Drivers.The manual provides three areas of reference for teacher training in China:constructing a teacher’s professional image,integrating theory and practice,and developing digital literacy.
