摘要
为加快教育数字化进程,培育能够牵引韩国科技产业保持国际领先地位的数字化人才,已成为韩国教育改革的重要方向。在推进教育数字化的进程中,韩国政府始终发挥主导作用,并将其提升到国家战略高度,特别是《数字人才培养综合方案》的出台,不仅促进了教师专业发展的持续性,在一定程度上缩小了教育“数字鸿沟”,也在国际教育中引起极大关注。文章通过分析《数字人才培养综合方案》的出台背景和内容,梳理了韩国教师数字素养面临的挑战,同时结合韩国教师数字素养的政策基础,总结了韩国提升教师数字素养的主要策略。具体包括:提出国家宏观政策引领、创新数字化教育、加强数字公共教育、构建教育厅—大学—企业联合研修模式、创建企业研修支持制度、扩大定制的培训体系,以全面提升所有教师的数字素养,培育数字化人才,助推国家数字化发展。
To accelerate the process of digitalization in education and cultivate digital talents who can drive South Korea’s technology industry to maintain its international leading position,has become an important direction of education reform in South Korea.The South Korean government has played a leading role in advancing educational digitization,elevating it to a national strategic level.In particular,the published of the Comprehensive Plan for Nurturing Digital Talent not only promotes the continuity of teachers’professional development,to some extent narrow the“digital divide”in education,but also has garnered significant international attention.Leveraging the policy foundation for enhancing teacher digital literacy,the article summarizes South Korea’s primary strategies for elevating teacher digital literacy.These strategies encompass establishing national macro-level policy guidance,innovating digital education,strengthening digital public education,creating collaborative education models involving education departments,universities,and businesses,developing corporate training support systems,expanding customized training systems,and promoting international cooperation for the development of teacher digital literacy in South Korea.
