摘要 为了降低大体积混凝土的温差和峰值温度,从而减少裂缝的产生,探讨了一种新技术。将大体积混凝土划分为2个水平方向上强度相同但混合物不同的部分:上部为普通混凝土,下部为低热混凝土,其水化热低于上部。研究重点是各层混凝土的比例和上层的厚度对混凝土热性能的影响。通过有限元数值模拟和现场试验,以及与试验结果的对比,验证了该技术的有效性,并总结了混凝土各层之间的比例和厚度变化规律。 In order to minimize the temperature difference and peak temperature of mass concrete and thus reduce the generation of cracks,a new technique was explored.When using this technology,mass concrete can be divided into two parts with the same strength but different mixtures in the horizontal direction:the upper part is ordinary concrete,while the lower part is low-heat concrete,and its hydration heat is lower than the upper part.The research focuses on the influence of the proportion of each layer of concrete and the thickness of the upper layer on the thermal properties of concrete.The effectiveness of the technology was verified by finite element numerical simulation and field test,and the comparison with the test results.The proportion and thickness variation of each layer of concrete were summarized.
