市政改性沥青路面高温抗车辙性能试验研究

摘要 为找出最适合市政路面施工的改性沥青,进行改性沥青路面高温抗车辙性能试验研究。依据奎文区南部城区市政路面工程概况与所采用材料,制备苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物SBS、丁苯橡胶SBR以及SBS-SBR复合改性沥青3种沥青材料,使用国产轮胎成型机制作车辙板试件,3种沥青材料分别编号为试件1、试件2、试件3,测试3种沥青材料试件的车辙深度、相对变形率、动稳定度以及相位角与动态模量。试验结果表明:试件1的高温稳定性及存储稳定性最高,比较适用于炎热地区或高温环境。试验条件为70℃/0.7 MPa时,试件1的车辙深度最小,较试件2与试件3分别减少0.788,0.579 mm。60℃与70℃条件下3种试件的动稳定度排序为试件1>试件2>试件3。不同温度条件下,试件1的动态模量始终最小,流变时间始终最大,因此将SBS作为改性剂制作沥青路面的高温抗车辙性能最好。 In order to identify the most suitable modified asphalt for the construction of municipal pavement,the experimental research on the anti-rutting performance of modified asphalt pavement at high-temperature was conducted.Accroding to the municipal pavement engineering in the southern urban area of Kuiwen District and the materials used,three types of asphalt materials,Styrene Butadiene Styrene Copolymer(SBS),Styrene Butadiene Rubber(SBR),and SBS-SBR composite modified asphalt,were prepared.Domestic tire forming machines were used as rut plate specimens.The three types of asphalt materials were numbered as specimens 1,2,and 3,respectively,and rut depth,relative deformation rate,dynamic stability,phase angle,and dynamic modulus of three types of asphalt material specimens were tested.The test results indicate that specimen 1 has the highest high-temperature stability and storage stability,which is more suitable for hot areas or high-temperature environments.When the test condition is 70℃/0.7 MPa,the rut depth of specimen 1 is the minimum,reducing 0.788 and 0.579 mm compared with specimen 2 and specimen 3,respectively.The dynamic stability of the three specimens under 60℃and 70℃conditions is specimen 1>specimen 2>specimen 3.Under different temperature conditions,the dynamic modulus of specimen 1 is always the smallest and the rheological time is always the maximum.Therefore,using SBS as a modifier to make asphalt pavement has the best high-temperature anti-rutting performance.
