摘要
互联网+教育转型下英语教师专业学习共同体具有鲜明的交互性、共享性、持续性、包容性和主动性等优势特征,但也存在缺乏协作创新意识、教师与学生学习存在差异性、管理制度不完善、培训方式单一、研究不够深入等问题。因此,互联网+教育转型背景下,构建大学英语教师专业学习共同体需要以正确理念和意识为引导,以完善的制度为保障,创新英语教师学习培训方式,以集体交流提升学习共同体的凝聚力,推动大学英语教师向标准化、专业化方向发展。
Under the transformation of Internet plus education,English teachers professional learning community has distinctive advantages such as interactivity,sharing,sustainability,inclusiveness and initiative,but there are also problems such as lack of awareness of collaboration and innovation,differences between teachers and students in learning,imperfect management system,single training mode,and lack of in-depth research.Therefore,in the context of the transformation of Internet plus education,building a professional learning community for college English teachers needs to be guided by correct ideas and awareness,guaranteed by sound systems,innovate the learning and training methods for English teachers,enhance the cohesion of the learning community through collective communication,and promote the development of college English teachers towards standardization and specialization.
