小丑疗法在小面积Ⅱ度烧伤患儿换药中的应用

Application of Clown Therapy in Dressing Change of Children with Small AreaⅡDegree Burns

目的:分析小丑疗法在小面积Ⅱ度烧伤患儿换药中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年10月-2022年5月笔者医院收治的100例烧伤患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为小丑组和对照组各50例,每名患儿由一名固定家属陪同入组。对照组采用常规换药法换药;小丑组采用小丑疗法换药。比较两组换药时患儿疼痛程度[面部表情疼痛评定法(Facepainscale,FPS)]、换药过程中患儿的依从性及第三次换药结束后家属对护理服务的满意度。结果:三次换药时,小丑组的FPS疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),换药依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05);第3次换药结束后,小丑组家属对护理服务的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小丑疗法可以有效提高患儿换药的依从性,减轻烧伤患儿换药疼痛程度,缩短患儿哭闹时间,提高患儿家属对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of clown therapy on dressing change in children with small areaⅡdegree burns.Methods A total of 100 burn children admitted to the author's hospital from October 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the clown group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine dressing change.The clown group was treated with clown therapy for dressing change.The pain degree of children[face pain scale(FPS)]during dressing change,the compliance of children during dressing change,and the satisfaction of family members with nursing service after the third dressing change were compared between the two groups.Results During the three dressing changes,the FPS pain score of the clown group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the compliance rate of dressing change was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the third dressing change,the satisfaction score of family members in the clown group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clowning therapy can effectively improve the compliance of dressing change in children,reduce the pain degree of dressing change in children with burns,shorten the crying time of children,and improve the satisfaction of their family members with nursing services.
