摘要
多孔金属结合剂金刚石磨具中气孔的形貌、孔径大小和分布与添加的造孔剂密切相关。以NaCl为可溶性造孔剂,在不同的NaCl含量下分别制备了多孔金属结合剂样品和多孔金属结合剂金刚石样品。研究NaCl含量对多孔金属结合剂的抗折强度、硬度、气孔率、气孔形态和显微结构的影响规律。结果表明:添加NaCl造孔剂后的金属结合剂抗折强度和硬度有所下降,气孔率增加。当添加体积分数5%的NaCl时,使用模具固定制备的样品抗折强度和硬度分别为262.2 MPa和74.1 HRB,均高于不使用模具固定的样品,但是否使用模具固定对金属结合剂的气孔率影响差别不大。
The morphology,pore size and distribution of pores in porous metal-bonded diamond abrasives are closely related to the added pore-making agent.Porous metal binder samples and porous metal-bonded diamond samples were prepared at different NaCl contents using NaCl as the soluble pore-forming agent.The effects of NaCl content on the flexural strength,hardness,porosity,pore morphology and microstructure of the porous metal binders were investigated.The results showed that the flexural strength and hardness of the metal binder decreased and the porosity increased after the addition of NaCl porous agent.When the added volume fraction of NaCl was 5%,the flexural strength and hardness of the samples prepared with mould fixation were 262.2 MPa and 74.1 HRB respectively,which were higher than those without mould fixation,but the effect of whether or not to use mould fixation on the porosity of the metal binders did not differ much.
