脉冲熔融-惰气红外吸收/热导法测定氮化铝中的晶格氧

摘要 使用脉冲熔融-惰气红外吸收/热导法建立了氮化铝中晶格氧的准确测定方法。实验采用分段升温模式、通过高温坩埚达到氮化铝晶格氧释放所需温度,有序适量加入锡、铜二元浴料和石墨粉,以及运用合理的分析参数来准确测定氮化铝晶格中的氧含量。方法用于氮化铝1#、2#、3#样品中晶格氧的测定,适用于多种非氧化物陶瓷材料中晶格氧含量的测定。 An accurate method for determining lattice oxygen in aluminum nitride was established by using pulse melting-inert gas infrared/thermal conductivity method.The experiment adopts the segmented heating mode,reaches the required temperature of oxygen release in the aluminum nitride lattice through a high-temperature crucible,adds tin,copper binary bath and graphite powder in an orderly and appropriate amount,and use of reasonable analytical parameters to accurately determine the oxygen content in the aluminum nitride lattice.The method is used for the determination of lattice oxygen in aluminum nitride 1#,2#and 3#samples,and the method is suitable for the determination of lattice oxygen content in a variety of non-oxide ceramic materials.
