碱激发矿渣回填浆体的膨胀性能研究

摘要 文章将一种新型化学发泡剂作为膨胀剂掺入碱激发矿渣基的充填浆体中,研究不同膨胀剂掺加质量分数(简称“掺量”)与尾矿砂质量分数对充填浆体膨胀率与抗压强度的影响。实验结果表明,膨胀速率和膨胀率均随膨胀剂掺量与尾矿砂质量分数增加而增加,膨胀率与膨胀剂掺量呈近似线性关系;膨胀剂在充填浆体内产生气孔,使得充填浆体抗压强度随膨胀剂掺量增加而降低;充填浆体抗压强度随尾矿砂质量分数增加而增加。研究结果可为膨胀充填浆体在矿山充填接顶中的应用提供理论参考。 In this paper,a new type of chemical blowing agent as an expansion agent was mixed into the alkali-activated slag-based filling slurry,and the effects of different dosage of expansion agent and mass fraction of tailing sand on the expansion rate and compressive strength of the filling slurry were investigated.The experimental results show that the expansion velocity and expansion rate increase with the increase of the dosage of expansion agent and the mass fraction of tailing sand,and the expansion rate and the dosage of expansion agent show an approximately linear relationship;the expansion agent produces air holes in the filling slurry,so that the compressive strength of the filling slurry decreases with the increase of the dosage of expansion agent;and the compressive strength of the filling slurry increases with the increase of the mass fraction of tailing sand.The research results can provide theoretical reference for the application of expansive filling slurry in mine roof-contacted filling.
