文章以深刻认识为前提,对雪域高海拔文明的环境基础、形成过程、内涵性质、特点、价值进行了理论阐述,以科学传承为原则,提出在实现中国式现代化、中华民族现代文明建设中,从文化的客观实际和规律出发,不断推进藏文化创造性转化、创新性发展,以适应社会进步对文化的要求。

The paper takes a profound understanding of high altitude civilization as a prerequisite and theoretical⁃ly expounds on its environmental foundation,formation process,connotative nature,characteristics,and value.Based on the principle of scientific inheritance,it proposes to continuously promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Tibetan culture in the light of objective reality and cultural law,to adapt to the re⁃quirements of social progress on culture in the realization of Chinese-style modernization and the construction of modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
