铸牢中华民族共同体意识对于构建各民族共有精神家园、维护人民根本利益、促进互助和谐民族关系的形成及实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重要意义。新时代西藏铸牢共同体意识需要加强政治认同与制度建设、坚持价值引领与教育发展、促进经济发展与人民幸福、维护民族平等与安全稳定、加强生态保护与和谐共生。必须坚持党的治藏方略,推进“五位一体”发展战略,促进高质量发展,为铸牢中华民族共同体做出贡献。研究党的几代领导人对于西藏工作的重要论述,梳理他们关于民族共同体意识的思想,对于推进新时代民族工作的发展具有重要的指导意义。

Consolidating our sense of the Chinese nation as one community has great significance for building a common spiritual home for people,safeguarding the people's fundamental interests,promoting the formation of friendly ethnic relations,and achieving national rejuvenation.To consolidate our sense of the Chinese nation as one community in Xizang,it's necessary to strengthen the awareness of political identity and institutional build⁃ing,persist in value-leading and education development,promote the development of the economy and the happi⁃ness of people,safeguard the ethnic equality and safety,and increase the ecologic protection for living in harmo⁃ny.We must persist in the Party's policy of governing Xizang,advance the five-sphere integrated plan,promote high-quality development,and contribute to consolidating the sense of the Chinese nation as one community.It is a great guiding significance to study the important statements of successive leaders of the CPC for working of Xizang and organize their ideas about the sense for promoting the development of ethnic work in the new era.
