西部地区金融发展水平测度与经济增长效应研究

Study on the Measurement of Financial Development Level and Economic GrowthEffect in the Western Region of China

文章选取2009年至2019年数据,测算西部地区金融发展水平。西部地区金融发展水平显著落后且差距逐年拉大,呈现出两极分化和低水平集聚态;西部地区金融发展促进经济增长的作用低于中东部地区,但从科技创新和产业结构优化的路径对经济增长的作用高于中东部地区。基于此提出加强金融优先或强化发展,着力促成金融与科技创新和产业结构优化的进一步协同的建议。

This paper assess the western region's financial development by analyzing the data from 2009 to 2019.This area’s financial development lags behind greatly,and the distance from the eastern region widens year by year,indicating polarization and low-level agglomeration.The significance of financial development in encourag⁃ing economic growth in the western region is lower than that in the central and eastern regions,but it is stronger in science and technology innovation and optimization of industrial structure in economic growth than in the cen⁃tral and eastern regions.Based on this,it is suggested that the priority of finance be strengthened or intensified and that efforts be made to create additional synergy among finance,science and technology innovation,and in⁃dustrial structure optimization.
