摘要
为实现对桥梁混凝土内部缺陷进行质量精准、高效的检测,以某混凝土桥梁工程为例,引进超声波技术,开展工程检测方法的设计研究。在采用超声波技术检测前,需对现场进行检查布置与处理,并选取合适的设备,以确保超声波检测技术的预期效果;优先选择金属材质管线作为检测管线,根据桥梁桩基的桩径,设计混凝土桥梁检测管线埋设位置;在考虑剪切波应力变化特性的基础上,从弹性波动角度计算混凝土桥梁检测中超声波的横波与纵波传播速度,以此为依据识别混凝土桥梁内部缺陷。应用结果证明:设计的方法可以实现对混凝土桥梁的检测,能精准掌握混凝土桥梁的质量情况,提高混凝土桥梁的安全性。
In order to realize accurate and efficient detection of internal defects in bridge concrete,taking a concrete bridge project as an example,ultrasonic technology is introduced to carry out the design and research on engineering detection methods.Before using ultrasonic technology for testing,it is necessary to inspect,arrange and process the site,and select appropriate equipment to ensure the expected effect of ultrasonic testing technology,and prioritize the selection of metal pipelines as detection pipelines,and design the burial location of concrete bridge detection pipelines based on the pile diameter of the bridge pile foundation,and on the basis of considering the change characteristics of shear wave stress,the propagation velocity of transverse and longitudinal waves of ultrasonic wave in concrete bridge detection is calculated from the angle of elastic wave,so as to identify the internal defects of concrete bridges.The application results show that the designed method can achieve the detection of concrete bridges,accurately grasp the quality of concrete bridges,and improve the safety of concrete bridges.
