摘要
本文以某矮墩连续刚构桥梁为工程背景,考虑到施工阶段对该桥梁结构性能的影响,建立三维有限元模型。通过分析不同合龙温度下的主梁线形、主梁应力、桥墩纵向水平位移的变化,得到其在不同合龙温度下的变化规律。结果表明:不同合龙温度对主梁上、下翼缘的应力影响较小,但对主梁线形、桥墩纵向水平位移影响较大。随着温度的不断升高,主梁竖向位移和桥墩纵向水平位移在不断增大,所需顶推力也在不断增加。该研究成果可为同类桥梁合龙温度的选取提供一定的理论参考价值。
In this paper,taking a low pier continuous rigid frame bridge as the engineering background,considering the influence of the construction stage on the structural performance of the bridge,a three-dimensional finite element model is established.By analyzing the changes of the main beam linear shape,the main beam stress and the longitudinal horizontal displacement of the bridge pier under different closing temperatures,the changing rules of its under different closing temperatures are obtained.The results show that different closure temperatures have little effect on the stress of the upper and lower flange of the main beam,but have great influence on the linear shape of the main beam and the longitudinal horizontal displacement of the bridge pier.With the continuous increasing of temperature,the vertical displacement of main beam and the longitudinal horizontal displacement of the bridge pier are constantly increasing,and the required jacking force is also constantly increasing.The research results can provide some theoretical reference value for the selection of closing temperature of similar bridges.
